In tungsten steel machining, we exclusively utilize virgin ultra-fine-grain raw materials—never recycled stock—to ensure that finished components retain exceptional transverse rupture strength even at extreme hardness levels. Our full range of precision machining capabilities includes Japanese Sodick wire EDM (slow-wire cutting), Japanese Sodick mirror-finish sinker EDM, and Japanese Waida optical profile grinding machines, ensuring the highest standards of machining accuracy. In the industrial ceramics sector, we guarantee the physical properties of ceramic materials from the source. During the forming stage, we select the optimal molding method based on specific product requirements: Isostatic Pressing, Dry Pressing, or Ceramic Injection Molding (CIM). Following forming and sintering, secondary precision machining is performed according to customer specifications. This is typically followed by advanced finishing processes such as Diamond Grinding, Lapping & Polishing, and Laser Drilling to achieve precision surface finishing or stress-free machining.
