The unit adopts PID control function,which can automatically adjust the unit load according to the integral value of the outlet cold water temperature and the target temperature,so that the water temperature can reach the demand in the shortest time.

1.Maglev Centrifugal compressor
The maglev centrifugal compressor adopts active magnetic levitation bearing and special bearing control system,permanent magnet synchronous motor,fully enclosed two-stage high-strength aluminum alloy impeller,etc.,with high performance and long service life.
2.Refrigerant flow control components
According to the characteristics of the maglev frequency conversion centrifugal chiller,a throttling device matching it is adopted-composite orifice plate electronic expansion valve.Ensure that the unit operates at the best performance point under rated conditions and partial load conditions.The composite orifice plate is customized according to the performance characteristics of the centrifugal unit,and the dynamic balance of the refrigerant itself is used to ensure that the unit can adjust the refrigerant flow required by the evaporator under different working conditions.The special electronic expansion valve for oil-free system uses ceramic bearings instead of standard bearings,and uses permanent Teflon grease (Polytetrafluoroethylene)on the main shaft and nut to ensure long-term stable operation in oil-free systems.
Reserve user connection points Provide cloud services
(1)Reserve cooling tower fans,cooling water pumps,and chilled water pump control points so that the fans and water pumps are controlled by the unit to optimize the user system structure.Alarm output points are reserved for remote alarm display.
(2)Reserve the central monitoring connection point (Modbus-RTU communication protocol),so that the unit can be seamlessly connected to the building monitoring system.
(3)Cloud service to realize real-time upload and monitoring of operating data to ensure reliable operation of the unit.
